By accessing or using Vibe5, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, creators, and anyone who interacts with content on Vibe5.
2. Your Content
You own the content you post. By publishing an Element — a case study documenting your AI workflow including prompts, tool attributions, and resulting media — you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any AI-generated content, prompts, and assets you share.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Vibe5 to post illegal content, harass other users, impersonate others, spam, or attempt to compromise platform security. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Intellectual Property
The Vibe5 platform, brand, and code are the property of Vibe5. The community content belongs to its respective creators. Do not reproduce platform UI or branding without permission.
5. Disclaimers
Vibe5 is provided as-is. We make no warranties about uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for content posted by users or any indirect damages arising from platform use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via the platform.
